CARD PAYMENTS
Use the 'Buy Now' button below only for one-off payments, regular payments are normally made by bank transfer, or direct debit. One-off payments made via this website are handled by PayPal. Please note that the PayPal screen shows our full company name, which is "Grounds Maintenance Solutions Ltd trading as Shetland Grasscutting".
REGULAR PAYMENTS
We prefer payment by bank transfer (see remittance slip on invoice for details), or direct debit. To download the direct debit mandate form, please click here, then complete and return it to us.
In occasional circumstances, you can make one-off payments via credit card or PayPal, using the online payment facility above. Please note however that we strongly prefer collection by direct debit, direct bank transfer, or cheque, because PayPal sting us for fairly high transaction charges.
Regular work is usually paid in instalments via direct debit. This considerably streamlines our administrative burden, which is a saving we can pass on to the customer. The typical arrangement is six monthly down-payments, e.g. May, June, July, August, Sept, Oct, (pitched at approx 80% of your estimated season's bill). At the end of season (November), we'll send you an invoice and a statement of account, showing whatever balance is still due, and the date that this final collection will be made (usually in December).
